If your eSIM is not connecting or working as expected, follow the steps below to resolve common issues.
Basic Troubleshooting Steps
1. Enable Data Roaming
- Go to Settings → Mobile Data / Network
- Turn on Data Roaming
2. Select the Correct eSIM for Data
- Set Ariya eSIM as your Preferred Data Line
3. Restart Your Device
- Restarting helps refresh network settings
Check Network Connection
- Make sure the eSIM plan is active
- Try switching Airplane Mode ON → OFF
- Move to an area with better network coverage
If Still Not Working
- Check if your plan validity has expired
- Review APN settings (if required by region)
- Contact Ariya Support with your Order ID
Important Note
Data-only eSIMs may not support calls or SMS unless specified in the plan.
