Overview
If your eSIM is not visible after a successful payment, there may be a delay or connection issue. In most
cases, the eSIM is available in the app immediately.
Steps to Locate Your eSIM
1. Open Ariya App
2. Go to My eSIMs
3. Refresh the screen or restart the app
Check Your Email
After purchase, you should receive an email containing:
- QR Code (if manual installation required)
- Order details and instructions
If eSIM Still Not Received
- Verify that payment was completed
- Check spam/junk email folders
- Ensure internet connection is stable
Contact Support
If you still cannot find your eSIM, contact Ariya Support with:
- Order number or email address
- Screenshot of payment (if available)
